Since there are zero stimulants in CARB CATALYZER, you will not feel any obvious impact as the Fat Burner does. But don’t be fooled, that does NOT mean it doesn’t work.

The only time you will really feel something, is if you normally get tired after a meal. If you dose the CARB CATALYZER after the dosage instructions here or slightly over, the tiredness should be reduced.

We have also had reports of reduced bloating after a steady meal when taking CARB CATALYZER 30 min prior to eating.

Since you don’t feel anything particual when taking CARB CATALYZER, then understandably there are doubts if it’s really working.

First of all, if you take CARB CATALYZER 30 minutes before a meal and you are NOT getting as tired afterwards as you normally do, then that is a very good indicator that your blood sugar level is not spiking, causing you to crash and crave for a caffeine kick to get back on track..

The two tests contained of 23 people of mixed gender and age, testing the blood glucose level every 30 minute after consuming 80g of rice.

1st test day they did not take any Carb Catalyzer.

2nd test day taking 4 capsules of Carb Catalyzer 30 minutes prior to consuming 80 grams of rice.

When you have your very own Blood Glucose Monitor, then you are ready. There will be two tests, and they will be done with at least one day apart. You must consume exactly the same amount both days when doing the tests.

1st test: NO CARB CATALYZER

2nd test: WITH CARB CATALYZER

And it’s important you dose it after our dosage instructions. (Are you still in doubt after reading the dosage instructions? Take one extra. This a fully natural product and you are not risking anything by taking one or two capsules extra)

Just remember to write down the results every time you test the blood sugar level.

Ready for the test? Here we go:
-Make a blood sugar level test:

√ 30 minutes BEFORE the meal (without CARB CATALYZER. In the 2nd test on day two, this is the time when you take CARB CATALYZER)

√  30 minutes after the first blood sugar level test:
-Now EAT! Enjoy! You are doing this for the sake of science! (You don’t need to do any blood test here)

√ 30 minutes AFTER THE MEAL.
(logically that is 60 minutes after your first blood sugar test.)
-The results in both test are starting to show some slight differences. Nothing über crazy yet though.

√ 60 minutes AFTER THE MEAL
This is the spike! If you consumed enough carbs, the blood sugar level on day one should be really high right now 
(if not, you can stop the test here and try again tomorrow. You need to eat enough to get the levels sky high here).
If this is your second test on day two, you’ll see the test result from day one at this time really shows a big difference. With CARB CATALYZER, the blood sugar value is not even close to the test without CARB CATALYZER. And you should feel way less tired than this time on day one.

√ 90 minutes AFTER THE MEAL
-Still quite a big difference, levels from both days tests start to come down.

√ 120 minutes AFTER THE MEAL
-Around here, both days test results start to show the same blood sugar level.
