Orders & Returns Policy
We currently have a “Return and Replace” order as our exchange policy. To make an exchange you simply return the items you want to exchange (see “RETURNS” here below) and create a new order
No returns on items on sale, or any discounted items. Exchanges accepted in those cases, please contact our customer service
DEFECT ITEMS (less than 30 days after purchase)
Our products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. In case of your items is defect upon arrival, please send an email with your order number and photos to info@.com

Return any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise. Items may be returned in original purchase condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
For hygenic reasons, we do not accept returns on swimwear Returns instructions:
Inside the package you got from us, there was also a paper with a description of your order: a “Packaging Slip”. If you cannot find it, locate your order confirmation email you got when you purchased the item(s). Print it, because you will need to add it inside the package.
Print the RETURN FORM (CLICK HERE) and fill it out. Don’t forget to sign it.
- A) Your order confirmation (Packaging slip, or the confirmation email).
- B) The RETURN FORM, signed.
- C) The item you want to return.
Send the package. Keep the tracking number since that will be the only guarantee that you have sent it. After you have sent the package, check the following boxes:
- It’s less then 30 days since I received these items (items returned after 30 days will not be refunded)
- I understand that after my return has reached the one0one warehouse and the items has been inspected, we will refund the merchandise (including any applicable sales tax) to the original payment method used, and this can take up to 2-3 weeks (any shipping charges from your order will not be refunded)
